Quality Management

As a first step in quality management, we establish, implement, manage and record a quality management system in consultation with the client, architect, interior designer and consultants. This is done for all stages of the project.

We then initiate measures for protection of unfinished and finished work with the respective contractors and implement these strictly.

We then devise and provide a best-fit team of site supervisors responsible for performing material, quality, process and manpower checks at all stages of project execution.

We also assist the client in selecting and inspecting materials, choosing a contractor/vendor and researching the market where required, to source and select alternative materials.
